So, as my love affair with this BBC show continues on full throttle, I thought I would share some of what I've decided on for the story.

I stumbled upon this from one comment made on one of my favorite sites: Jezebel

I quickly did a YouTube search, and was thrilled to find the BBC documentary there -- "The Secret World of Haute Couture."

My close pals know of my gushing and unabated my love of great fashion; I am thrilled by stuff like this!

And, just for fun, I'm going to throw in a link to an hour-long interview with one of the greatest icons of fashion, Karl Lagerfeld. This is an interview with Charlie Rose of PBS. Please ignore the idiotic fashion mag editor that is also in the interview. My respect for Lagerfeld grew immensely when he made that comment about women buying what others may consider "bad fashion" but that, to them, they were over the moon when they made the purchase, so it's up to no one to say what is "bad fashion."

I'm waiting for Lagerfeld Confidential to come out on DVD!

And, finally, the piece d’ resistance: an homage (?) to Lagerfeld that I find très amusing.

Ah, fashion makes me crazy. In the best possible way!!

This series began on the BAM Board as a one-shot that I wrote.

In the wonderful ensuing feedback, a fellow author on that Board, tvdiva, requested that I continue the one-shot as a series, and whether I would co-author the series with her. I was flattered and delighted to do so!

We wrote nine vignettes to follow my introduction/one-shot piece, each of us writing alternating vignettes.

So, I wrote the second vignette, following up on my one-shot, and then she wrote the third piece, I wrote the fourth etc...

I will be posting the original one-shot here (called "INTRO") followed by our nine vignettes.

Each vignette will clearly state who wrote it (either Diva or me).
